We are a U.S. family beef operation located in southern Illinois with a different approach to beef production. Our journey started when a cattle girl and future geneticist met at the University of Illinois. Through research, reverse-engineering, true partnerships, and holistic, balanced breeding and raising methods, we’ve rewritten our beef production playbook.
The result? Better beef from pasture to plate and an incredible life for our family and our many wonderful family partners who share our passion and values.
